Stafkings Healthcare Systems, Inc.’s policy is to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and our mission to provide professional, high quality healthcare services that are affordable and accessible to the clients and contractors we serve. Stafkings Healthcare Systems, Inc. employees and contractors shall not knowingly and willfully make or cause to be made any false statement or representation of material fact in any claim or application for benefits under any federal health care program. Examples of prohibited conduct include billing for services that were not performed, falsifying time and or days spent with client, falsifying signatures whether it is the employee’s or clients.
All employees must comply with the following code of conduct:

- Understand & act in compliance with all applicable policies, procedures & laws
