Home healthcare is a health related or supportive service provided by licensed personnel in the safety and comfort of a person’s home. Home healthcare offers increased freedom and significant savings when compared to institutional care. Typical home healthcare services combine all levels of skilled nursing, home health aides, personal care aides, companions, and homemakers. You have the right to choose your homecare provider. Our nurses will work with you, your family, and your doctor to create a personalized plan of care in order to determine which one of the following services is right for you:

NYS Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA)
is healthcare or supportive care provided in the patient’s home by our licensed medical personnel, healthcare professionals or certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides.

Nursing Home Transition and Diversion-NHTD
NHTD Services use Medicaid funding to provide support and services to program participants based on their unique strengths, needs, choices, and goals. The participants are the primary decision makers. Participants choose the services they receive, the service providers they will work with, and the outcomes they will achieve.

Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Program-TBI
TBI services use Medicaid funding to provide support and services to assist individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries toward successful inclusion in the community. These services are provided through the New York State Department of Health.

Home Care
is non-medical or supportive services provided in the patient’s home by our healthcare staff. Home care includes Homemakers, Sitters, and Respite Care.

Pediatric Care
is the branch of home healthcare that deals with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The upper age limit ranges from age 14 to 18.

Eldercare
is the fulfillment of the special needs and requirements that are unique to senior citizens. This broad term encompasses such services as assisted living, adult day care, long term care, nursing homes, hospice care, and in-home care.

Respite Care
is the utilization of home health care services to provide short term relief to the primary caregivers of individuals who are unable to care for themselves.

Staff Relief
is the use of our contingent staff in hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, clinics, schools, and manufacturing facilities in order to supplement the staffing and recruiting process for those clients. We offer RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Companion’s, and Administrative employees to our client’s on a direct hire, temp-to-hire, temporary long-term, or temporary short-term basis.
